Terms and Redress
We are proud to be members of the Property Redress Scheme – www.theprs.co.uk – and we are even prouder to confirm that we have not had any occasion where a complaint has had to be referred to the scheme. Our business is based upon professionalism, experience and integrity. All bonds taken are protected via the Deposit Protection Service and we have Client Money Protection insurance. Wherever practical we visit prospective tenants at their current properties prior to allowing them to enter into any contractual arrangements and we are transparent about any costs involved. Landlord fees are charged at 13.5% (plus vat) of the rent passing plus 62.5% (plus vat) in the first month. We offer a bespoke service to our landlord clients which ensures that this fee is all encompassing and not subject to any extra charges which are usually levied within the industry – further details available upon request.
